Our Guidelines Whenever you require concrete pump hire in Peterborough or would like to place an order with us, there are several guidelines to follow so we have the right information available. The information we will often require is:

The pump will always arrive with an operator who will discuss setting the pump up with the contractor or homeowner and preparing the grout, as well as if a pipeline is required. Once we have arrived:
Concrete mixer truck will arrive and back onto the pump. Operator will grout the line and pumping will begin. Concrete is placed using the boom if possible. Pipeline is moved around as the pour progresses when ground-line is used. Once the truck mixer has discharged its load, the mixer will leave after all mixer chutes have been cleaned. Chutes will not be washed into the hopper to avoid blockages and maintain the quality of concrete. The next mixer will then arrive on the pump and discharge its current load. Once the pour is finished, our pump operator will clean all concrete from the pump and pipeline, which can often take over an hour and longer for a long pipeline. The boom will then be put back into its travel position, loading all ancillary equipment onto the pump. Our job sheet is then prepared to sign for the homeowner or contractor. Once complete, the pump will leave the site and travel back to our depot.
All concrete is pumped at a high pressure and all personnel will be made aware of all risks and dangers.
